At The Chippy @ Broken Cross we source the highest quality haddock. We don’t compromise on quality in any of our products.

We only use the best Lincolnshire potatoes, chosen for flavour and size. As is tradition, we chip our potatoes daily to ensure freshness.

Fish

Whilst we endeavour to remove all bones from fish, please be aware fish may contain bones.

Cross-Contamination

We believe it is important to make our customers aware that all of our menu items may contain allergens. Whilst a particular menu item may not contain an allergen directly, it may have been manufactured or prepared on the same equipment and/or in the same kitchen area as items which do. Whilst we always try to prepare food as carefully as possible to avoid possible cross-contamination we, therefore, can not completely guarantee your food will not contain allergens. All our products may contain traces of gluten.

Nuts

We do not use peanuts or tree nuts, however, our product range may contain traces of nuts.

Vegetarian Options

All vegetarian ingredients are handled by our employees in common with non-vegetarian ingredients and they are also fried in the same oil as other non-vegetarian products, which may not be acceptable to certain vegetarian diets.
